Motion 1: Election of Councillors to Transport Advocacy Working Group
Description: Elect 4 councillors to the newly created working group
Result: Passed unanimously

Motion 2: Endorse executive roadmapping priorities
Description: Endorse these 10 priorities as an indication of students’ desire for action (Student experience, student development, EDI, sexual and gender-based violence prevention and response, sustainability, academic experience and quality of education, accessibility and affordability of education, student engagement and community building, peer support health and wellness, transparency and accountability)
Result: Passed unanimously

Motion 4: Creation of Transparency Working Group
Description: Create a new working group that aims to improve USC and councillor transparency
Result: Passed unanimously

Motion 5: Adopt amended Councillor Terms of Reference
Description: Add a clause to the ToR to make councillor attendance and voting records public
Result: Passed unanimously

Motion 6: Create anti-racism working group
Description: Form a working group to assess the various forms of racism faced by Western students
Result: Passed unanimously

Motion 7: Endorse collection of equity-based data by Western University
Description: Endorse the collection of equity-, race-, and socioeconomic- data
Result: Passed unanimously

Motion 9: Create anti-sexual and gender based violence working group
Description: Form a working group to address on-campus sexual and gender based violence
Result: Passed unanimously

Motion 10: Oppose forms of discrimination, harassment, and abuse, and inspire USC-led action
Description: Endorse recommendations from Presidents’ Anti-Racism Working Group and produce a policy paper addressing the needs of racialized and religious students
Result: Passed unanimously

Motion 11: Endorse collection of sexual and gender based violence data
Description: Endorse the collection of data on students’ attitudes, beliefs, and experiences relating to sexual and gender-based violence by the provincial government or a provincial agency
