About the Role
Sit on the AHSC, ex-officio, non-voting.
Chair the Student Donation Fund Committee in conjunction with the Associate Dean Academics, ex-officio, voting.
Contact the Associate Dean Academics, the Director of Administration, and Faculty Members for all Student Donation Fund information.
Coordinate the deadlines for applications, advertisement of the call for applications, committee meetings, and letters for approval of funds; as well, any other Donation fund relationed issues that should arise.
Conduct the business of the Student Donation Fund according to the principles set out in the Student Donation Fund Constitution.
Promote any and all Student Donation Fund deadlines.
Contact all students who submitted proposals to inform them of the decisions of the Student Donation Fund Committee.
Maintain an online log of received proposals and decisions to be updated annually (said log will serve as precedent for decisions to be used as reference for subsequent years).

0.5 Credit or more in the Faculty of Arts and Humanties in the 2021-2022 year

The Arts and Humanities Students' Council (AHSC) stands to aid in the development of the goals outlined in the Mission Statement of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, to foster the pride and character of the our student body, facilitate the greatest student experience, and to communicate, interact, and cooperate with A&H students. We strive to provide academic, philanthropic, and social programming for all Arts and Humanities students and to foster an inclusive environment that caters to the diverse needs of our program.
